Doug has exceptional experience in all facets of real estate, from first time buyers to multi-million dollar listings and investment consulting, from Summit County to Aurora and Colorado Springs to Fort Collins. Doug grew up in Evergreen, attended Colorado State University and University of Denver. Doug lives in the Hiwan Hills neighborhood of Evergreen, with his wife, son and daughter. An avid skier, mountain biker and fly-fisherman, Doug spends as much of his free time as possible enjoying everything the beautiful Colorado outdoors have to offer.

 

Carol is passionate about enabling others to fully embrace Colorado living. She understands first-hand the unique challenges that are inherent to property ownership in urban and mountain areas alike and strives to equip her clients with local knowledge, helpful resources, and accurate market information to make the best possible real estate decisions for their situations and lifestyles. Seeing real estate as far more than a single transaction, Carol appreciates the weight of her clients’ trust in her as she guides them through a highly personal and meaningful life decision.

 

Carol’s past professional experience analyzing risk, examining contracts, and navigating litigation as a commercial insurance underwriter and adjuster brings a thoughtful perspective to her approach to real estate. After 10 years in the insurance industry, she made a career change to work with a group of Realtors® near her home in Evergreen and later joined Colorado Is Home with the goal of bringing the best possible value and a high level of expertise to her clients. When she’s not helping clients, Carol enjoys exploring small mountain towns and ghost towns, hiking, camping, skiing, and fly fishing, often accompanied by her rescue dogs.

 

As a Colorado native Blake works with all types of buyers and sellers, from first time buyers to high end listings. He prides himself in giving his clients the best customer service and experience they can ask for. He considers finding the right house for each client a fun and exciting challenge. Blake makes sure each client is treated as if they are his only client, making sure the experience is as stress free and enjoyable as possible.  Blake wants to get to know you as a person, find out your exact needs, and make sure you are 100% satisfied with his service.

 

Blake has lived in Colorado his entire life outside of getting his degree at Arizona State.  He has worked in the financial, hospitality, and event planning industries and is able to apply all of his skills into his real estate business.

 

After many years in the Evergreen area, Blake now lives in Littleton. He enjoys spending time with his two children and working up a sweat at the gym!
